Henry Shedd died of heart failure on June 3, 2022 in Commerce, Texas. He served in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division. He is survived by his sister and nieces and nephews He was visited by classmate Jim Richmond shortly before his death. We will provide further details if they become available.

Henry had a tough life. He made the best of it. Always quick with his wit and could make you laugh. Gary McNeese, Henry Shedd and myself were pretty much inseparable in high school. After high school we all were in the service and kept in touch somehow. His sense of humor was infectious. A loyal and giving friend he was. RIP old buddy.
