Jan Parker

Jo Ann and I were both in Maple Dorm at North Texas and hers was the room where everyone came to talk, sitting on the carpet her dad put in her room, the whole wing would be in there.  I remember when she first met her husband-to-be!  She was always positive and light and memories of her make me smile.  Somewhere I still have pics of all of us, talking and laughing, hair in rollers, sharing snacks sent from home, discussing classes and boyfriends.  Happy memories of a beautiful person.

Jo Ann's face and voice comes into my mind....there was laughing. I might have met her through Jan Parker because I do remember the three of us together. You are gone too soon, Jo Ann. I send best wishes to the loved ones you have left behind.
